Test shots with dual flash bracket

Dogs in the studio - Test shots with dual flash bracket · 11:15 PM

A few test shots with the pups in the garage. Lighting is provided by 2 Pentax AF-540 flashes on Zev's dual flash bracket behind a shoot-thru umbrella. Snapped with the K20D and FA 50mm 1.4 lens.

Both shots were at the same settings...
1/160 sec, F/2.5, iso 100, both flashes at 1/8 power

I find this the lighting wonderful! Also the DOF is spot on in both images! Very pleasing dog portraits!
