I took these on Tuesday and have been wrestling with whether I should post them or not. Oh well, here goes nothing. Comments and critiques welcome.

Very cool perspectives, and great use of reflection, but you do have some noticable dust on the sensor.

Cool shots. I like #4 the best - the stuttered reflections are a great catch.

Yeah, I do have some junk on my sensor, but it isn't dust, it looks more like a discoloration on the sensor itself. Guess I will have to break down and get it cleaned professionally.

Thanks for the compliment.

Jacksonville!

How nice, I'm from Orange Park as well and was planning on going downtown or to St. Augustine to try out my K200D with it's new lenses.

Jordie,

Welcome to the Pentax Forum. There are a few of us from the Jax area here on the forum.

We should try to plan a group outing some day.

Jim,

These were taken downtown in Jacksonville, Florida. I live in a smaller city a few miles south. Jacksonville has a lot of buildings with the "mirrored" windows to reflect the heat of the Florida sun. After I finish with my current Urban Landscapes project I am going to do a series on the 7 bridges in Jacksonville that cross the St. Johns River.

Can hardly wait to see the bridge shots. Our company has a plant in Jacksonville so I have been there a few times. Never down town. I will need to look up the address. We also have a plant in Pensacola. JIM
