Picked up my Bigma after work today and noticed the moon out the back window:

which had a fairly bright star underneath it. On closer inspection of the previous, overblown, moon shot, it had a distinctive look about it:

Brought a smile.
I think I'm going to have some fun with this lens...

I don't think that was a star you caught, it looks like you caught Saturn. Do you have the full picture somewhere?

I think I'll go with Alvin. Didn't have time to go back out and try for a properly exposed image. Too bad because tonight is most likely going to be cloudy and even if it isn't the ol' moon will have moved away. They were separated by only a couple of moon diameters last night.

Nice shot dbh and Saturn as well! Cool breeze. I've always wanted a Bigma. Unfortunately I also need to pay rent, and I don't think my landlord will accept LBA as an excuse :cries:

NaCl(either that's Saturn or Nissan is going to ridiculous extremes to get it's logo out there)H2O
