All taken with Pentax *istD, Pentax SMC-M 50mm f/1.7 (@f/22), 25mm Extention Tube, and Built-In Flash

You said you used the built in flash?? wow. did you bounce it off of anything or was it just direct. These are beautiful. And the fact that you used the built in flash makes it even more wonderful.

These were not taken with the K100D, they were taken using the TTL Built-In flash of the *istD. And no they were not bounced, just straight on. Between the TTL metering (vs P-TTL of K100D) and f/22, I managed not to blow them out.

when i see your pics i ask himself ii i shall buy a dedicated macro lens(i hesitate with a cosinar 1003.5 or a old 50mm pentax macro 1/2) or take the same as yours

I have recently sold the extention tube used in this set, but have destroyed another old 2x teleconverter to make another one, this one being about 50mm in length. I am going to throw it on with my Tamron XR 28-200 and see what type of results I get. I will definately post if I get anything noteworthy.
