All I've Got: A Couple of Squirrels
Posted By: Sailor, 02-15-2009, 07:14 PM

I haven't made one exposure for a week, so I'll post a couple of pictures of squirrels taken last (I think) Sunday. The forcasted sparkling clear afternoon forcast for today didn't materialize until late, so no photography this weekend. I'm dying to take something that is both illuminated by bright sunlight and doesn't move. But for now, these will have to do. Both were taken with DA 18-250 fully extended.

ISO 800: 1/180s @ f/6.7

ISO 1600: 1/125s @ f/6.3

Nice squirrels, Dad. It looks like we're both anxious for some more exciting things to take pictures of. Next week I'll be at Point Reyes in Northern CA - there is a beautiful lighthouse there and we're planning on hiking to it at sunset. It should be more fun to take than Reese's Pieces (and squirrels).
