Mirror, Mirror in the Garden...

Just some fun experimenting with mirror images. After adding the third image, perhaps I should have titled this thread something along the 'twilight zone.'

That's right, No2 is form an earlier post. But I stitched and cropped in order to avoid too much symmetry. Thanks for the comments.

Thanks. One thing I learned is to try and avoid patterns that look like something identifiable so as not to draw too much attention away from the composition. Notice in No-3, I cropped to the point where the pattern created by the braches merging was minimal.

I rellu like the second image, it has great symmetry and still you have managed to melt away the centre axis!

Yes, good eye, I did deliberately try to offset some of the symmetry. One can get too symmetrical and make the image boring and unworkable.
