I'm not sure what the problem is. Old dog trying to learn new tricks.

I did. It's just not working for me. I'm gonna try changing the protocol, and see if that works. Wish me luck!

Good luck! Add to this thread trying to upload instead of creating new threads!

Well..., it depends on what you are testing Rodney, if the test is a shot of a white dog sleeping in a snow storm.....then its probably working quite well ???

But I understand the "old dog & new tricks" thing, so maybe this will help:

I guess you have read all the sticky's on posting photos. My method is to resize the shot to 800 X 600 pixels, jpeg, and then save it in a separate folder, then I use the attachment facility (Manage Attachments) below, uploading the image from that folder.

Good luck, look forward to seeing the dog after the snow storm passes.

Cheers
Grant

Thanks Grant, I'll give that a try. Or, maybe I'll just say It's a white dog in a snow storm, and let it go at that.

Hi Rodney,

We old dogs are quite smart really.

I'll just step you through it:

1. Save your photo as a jpeg, no bigger the 800X 600 pixels, in a folder you will remember for easy access.

2. Click on "post reply"

3. In the "reply to thread" screen scroll down past "post icons" & "miscellaneous options"...next one is "Attach Files".

4. Click on Manage Attachments in that box.

5. A box will appear with "browse" buttons. Click on the browse button.

6. Navigate to your saved image that you wish to upload...select it.

7. Click the upload button.

8. Close window.

9. Click Submit reply (thread)

Cheers.
