The contrast between green spider and red flower is very compelling and gives the impression of what the spidey can do

Thanks Bostjan. There were a few ants on the same bunch of flowers, and I thought that he might go after them, but He just sat there and moved around a bit showing no interest in the ants.
Originally posted by Sailor All are terrific, but I particularly like #4 - it's unusal and compelling to me. I just picked up a macro lens a couple of weeks ago; your pictures are prompting me to play with it today.

Hey Sailor, glad you like #4. #4 and 5 were actually taken using the AF360FGZ flash with stofen bounce. There was nothing to bounce off of but I guess it diffused enough light to give the lighting that you see. I had to manual focus on this as it was too dark for the auto focus to work with this. I also like 4 and 5 as they remind me of a mike for some strange reason. Its like you can step puto it and start singing
Originally posted by Alvin Yeah, I agree with Sailor. All great shots, but the fourth one takes all my interest too! I hope you haven't run out of frames yet
Thanks Alvin. Do you the surrounding frame? No I am not out. Its a simple thing I do in Photo Shop, so no worries.

Glad you like them Duh_Vinci. The Raynox add on lens seems to contribute quite a bit to that DOF.
