abandoned warehouse
Posted By: wil4713, 02-22-2009, 11:09 PM

Here are a couple I shot yesterday in an abandoned warehouse my friend found. For some reason my ISO was set on 1600, which I didn't notice until I got home. Oh, well. All shot on K100D with 18-55 kit lens. C&C welcome--thanks!

I like number 2 and 3. Strong colour and texture. The 2nd shot has a lot of impact in it

ISO 1600 you say? If you didn't mention it I couldn't tell. In fact the one I like most is the last one, which is noisy =) Great work!

For me the last three are far more interesting than what the first image represents. I think the tall grass of the outside scene is the one I like most.

Very nice sharp photos!
I never used my kit lens ... it sits in a box on my shelf.
but I see such amazing results from this lens both here and in the PPG

I like the noise in the last one - really goes with the shot.

The colours and the mood in the second and the third is excellent, also the last is a great story photo!

Both perfect and perfectly gloomy - very well done. Notice the Schlitz can - I three piece can that hasn't been manufactured for a couple of decades.

Boy - do I hate to see a lonely beer can.
