Few birds shots from Tuesday

while, I went out again and sgot more bird pictures. Last ones for awhile. Need to get back to landscape work. Cheers JIM

Your series of birding images are surely stunning. I feel bad that I have not done much of this this year

Thanks James. I will go back to birds on sunny days. Struggling to get a quick enough shutter speed and F stop given the rainy weather we have been seeing. Cheers JIM

I like the second one Jim, really nice background and nice and sharp. It's a shame the bird isn't on the left hand side of the shot.

I may post the full version of the second one because it really shows off the bird better. I took almost 30 shots to get this one and Yes it would have been better with the bird facing the opposite way! JIM

Gary, here is the full version. I did dodge out the tree slightly on the bottom from the original. I agree, I wish the bird was facing the other way but after a large number of shots I was loosing light quickly. JIM

Thanks Georg. I, like others have mentioned, would have liked to see the bird facing the other way. Sat around for a hour waiting for that shot but it never happened. There is always the next time. JIM
