Another shot from my first session with Alienbees strobes. I used a single 24"x36"softbox left of camera w/ a reflector on the right to serve as a fill means.

Well it is a beautiful image. But I have to agree the pillow or couch does seem a bit distracting. I also think a crop just below above hairline will bring out her eyes even more, and the resulting shape (of overall model) will be triangular and dynamic which will also accentuate the smile even more. Not a critcism, just a different alternative and sense of taste.
