The windy overcast day made for some fairly bland shots so.....
The first one is a watercolor look of ducks on the pond and
the second one was done like a tapestry, which looks very crude on close examination but is like stitches viewed from a distance.

Did they come off well or would you have done it different?

I like them, but I think I would've done the second one like a pencil sketch. You know what I mean?

Not sure about the first one, I don't see the watercolor in it. I get a purple halo around the ducks? Might be my minitor/scaled down version that causes it.

I do like the second one. I played with the crosstich once and liked it. I think it works well with that picture.

Not bad for an overcast day.

I like them both, but would like to compare the second one with a pencil sketch process as well.
