Couple of test shots from my first outing with the DA 12-24mm. I love that lens!

You know how to work that lens and your PP technique is awesome. They're all great but I love the last one. That hint of orange sunlight on the frame of the bike just nails it.

I have to say that you have utilized this lens like it was meant to be used. These are really "KA" images with 3&6 being my favorites. Which variation on a theme are you using for HDR?

Very cool. The E-Type (or XKE) reminds me of my youth - the shot of the bike and sunset is especially satisfying.

I'll probably just post 1 or 2 of my cars, if I can get teh area around them cleaned up just right

Gorgeous photos one and all. It is when I see such shots that I am sorely tempted to get such a lens and try that sort of photography myself. I almost never find myself shooting in a situation where anything under about 75mm is of the slightest use to me.

I did get a chance a couple of weeks ago to photograph an old abandoned tugboat in Yokohama. The shortest Takumar I have is a 55/1.8 and I was forced to change to the only wider lens I had with me, which was the 18-55 kit lens. For the first time I could understand the folks who discuss lenses like the 12-24. Maybe I can work a 16mm Zenitar into the budget later on this year....

Those are VERY nice shots! That Harley and Plymouth show great inclusions of the sky.
