Nifty Fifty at local Benefit
Posted By: KrisK10D, 02-28-2009, 07:30 AM

A last minute decision saw my newest LBA hard at work during a benefit concert.

A lot were saved in processing (usually from underexposure) & it took me a while to get the focusing right on the manual lens but damn I was pretty happy with the results.

C&C would be very helpful for future shoots in this auditorium

The old manual lenses are good fun to use.

It the SMC Pentax-A f1.4 that I got from the Market Place here. It arrived in near perfect condition, not even a dust bunny

It's a shame I didn't make it to the Chinese Gardens with the DSLR crew yesterday. I would've loved to have tried it out there

Nice ... the A50s are good-uns.
And you know from on these forums ... it's rare to get one in "average-to-bad condition".
All of the lenses I have purchased they have been in excellent condition.

I haven't been on DSLRusers in AAAAGGGGGEEESSSS.
I wish I could get the time ... but the bub is due in 7 weeks .... I really just haven't had the time at the moment.
