My Kids and a 50

Great shots, with beautiful kids like this and a FA 50 f/1.4 lens nothing else is needed, thanks for sharing.

Yep - great shots!

Also...try shooting at the same eye level with your kids, rather than above. See what a difference it would make with the shot of your daughter on the floor.

Thanks ll_coffee_lP, believe me I try to get on the same level as the kids. One of two things happens; I crouch down and they see me and then move. Or they think I've taken the photo already and race over to see what they look like. It never fails! lol ....hmm, maybe fly paper might help. ;-)

Two really good images of two good looking kids. That 50 is a really good lens.

Same eye level with a light source parallel to it from an angle. There will be an glint in their eyes. That would add more interest to the shots.

Great captures with 50mm
