These beauties were in my backyard.

And this is the direct underbelly of a United Airlines plane. Notice the lights at the end of the wings and tail.

All shot with a K2000; Pentax 55-300

Great shots, I would say you are about as close to center as you can get, without measuring the aircraft. The photos of the dove's are great, sharp and great depth of field, thanks for sharing.
