Laser fun

I decided to try a bit more creative shooting one night and grabbed two items that was lying around my desk:

1. a lightbulb
2. a handheld barcode scanner (laser based)

The resulting images can be seen here. Two images has gone through some color shift, the rest has just had their exposure and contrast tweaked.

Any comments welcome.

No need for flashes when you've got a laser gun available

No matter what the technique, we always have to consider the design of an image. Is the result a good and interesting image? In my opinion, the second is very good but the others are so, so.

have to agree with James, #1 is very profound, and I love the tone you applied to it. Of the laser shots, the first one of the set is clearly the best, both in composition and execution.
