Could you, and others, go into a bit more detail how this is done? I always shoot static "things" but I'm starting to wake up the possibilities of objects in motion,

Edit: I really have to reread the manual again, thanks to this point I searched the information on AF.C, so now I just need a little more on "catch in focus." Previous threads?
