sky and moon painting shot

I took this shot tonight and the sky and the moon almost look like a painting.

LOL, that's because it's a little over exposed. But hey, you created a nice looking image and it's more about the person behind the camera and the vision they have than the camera and the lens and what is real.
Nice, I'd crop it though, the moon is dead centre which makes the other detail less obvious to the viewer.

HEY I have never taken a picture of the damn moon before, yeah I crop it more, I like the smooth feeling it has, Over exposed???

Thanks daacon, it was when I put the picture on the pc I was like wow it has an oil effect !!

I like it. Is it over exsposed? That's for you to decide. The right exposer is what you like. Your opinion is what matters. Its your picture.
