Silhouettes of the night
Posted By: Rense, 03-15-2009, 01:30 PM

A slide-scan of the place where friends of ours used to live in Sweden, near Lund. I named this one 'Silhouettes of the night'.

Beautiful. I like how you balance out the windmill with the tree on the right.

Thanks James! I scanned it in quite low resolution, but I'm planning to do it better.

Song_hm, thank you. I guess it's just luck, at least I didn't think about it.....

Sometimes the best pictures turn out to be the ones which are not overly composed
and refined but simply shot with a good eye this is one of that

some pictures I took in Malmo, Sweden, this January
Maybe not exactly a silhouette, but I count on your forgiveness

Oh, I should remember to thank SR, for allowing me exposure time 1/10, handheld!

Beautiful silhouette, Rense! I like the composition and the comparing subjects, mill and the tree.

Octavmandru, I recognise that tower. It's the Turning Torso, I've been there! I have some good memories of Malmö!
