Great pictures. I want to know what the monkey wants to take from the water.

The second one is great, but it should be better when the people where looking at the gorilla.

Nice captures! The first is stunning, especially the larger version. But with the third image, I can't help but picture that scene in a Simpson's episode where a shark waiting in the river below picks a monkey coming down from a tree for a drink

Those are really nice. Love the lion.

BtW It looks like a nice zoo. One that is photographer friendly.

Thanks for the kind comments. It is a nice zoo and an AZA member. We are fond of zoos and this one is in our hometown and we love to visit in the cooler months especially.
Corros, the monkey was grabbing food from the water I think. He was really fun to watch.
The young lion had his eye on something outside the perimeter of his enclosure. Couldn't figure out what he was staring at and have several pictures of him with that look of concentration on his face.

That last one is so sweet. The second one is very interesting too, fun angle.
I would have preferred bigger sizes

Thanks Sune and Clicker. Link to larger size is posted beneath each picture. Can't figure out any other way to do a link.
Appreciate all the comments.
