First shots w/ the DA 35mm Ltd. Macro

But mostly non-macro shots! Hmm...


















The thing I'm finding about photos from this lens is that I have to do much less post-processing in Lightroom to get them to look how I want. Contrast, color, sharpness are all so much better out of the box. I'm really gonna love this one.

I'm wondering if that's true of all the DA Limited lenses. Noticed the same thing about the DA 21mm that I just picked up...

Great shots from a great lens. I just bought this lens as well, and - like all the DA Limiteds - both it's operation and output are terrific.

Is the weird almost "radial" blur on the b&w one a product of extremely narrow DOF, or is there some other property of the lens that causes it?
