I just love taking photos of this huge tree and tried to give an interesting perspective for the shot. (Had to lie upside down for this one)

Sometimes we have to be contortionist to get that different perspective

Oh yes,
I've done this a few times myself with other people in the park turning their heads to find out what this fool with a camera is doing lying on the ground looking up at the bottom of a tree...

Makes for a beautiful effect with the deep blue sky directly above, esp. with a polariser on.
Thanks for sharing.

Stunning shot that is perfect for sunny day shooting. We must not forget the patterns in the trunk of the tree. This is what makes the image more than just a different vantage point. Superb.

Wow, the perspective is well done.

I always have troubles to bring out the gigantic feel of an old tree. This one teaches me how to do such shots in the future!

Thank you JMR.
The pattern in the trunk is really amazing. It shows how old this tree really is.

Super wide-angle was really useful. Sometimes you can get really creative with it.
