I took a little drive today to WestCliffe Colorado and came away with this Panoramic.

Thanks

Thanks everybody. I have my photos in photobucket and I think it is resizing them all the times. I am hoping today I can get it loaded on my website.

Thanks

Nice compilation Jim!

We were going to schedule an event last summer near Westcliffe, but a few people objected, saying the area did not have that "rocky Mountain" look to it.

I showed them a similar photo taken from the same area, and said "How can anyone crest this hill, see this view, and not feel they are in the Rocky Mountains???"

Someone asked what software you use for your panoramas...

I agree with you Al, this has Rocky Mountains written all over it. This is the first time I saw them with this much snow on them. So I had to pull over and take some pictures of them. Sorry I missed where someone asked what I used to stitch them together, I use Elements 6.0 and I think it does a really good job.

Thanks gawan, I think Photobucket downsizes all the pictures and it took me a while to figure out logins and passwords to where I could update my website with this photo.

Thanks
Jim

Nice work Jim, I like the composition, the way you have the road sweeping in from the bottom LH corner.

Thanks Gary, I was wondering if anyone would take note of the road or not.

Thanks
Jim
