Allow me to introduce Kaleb, son of my friends, Ryan and Amanda. He is also the cousin of Samantha who I introduced last month.

I didn't have a shot of the parents - we were all busy helping them move into their new apartment and I barely had time to pull out the camera. Only his grandmother is pictured here.

Samantha and her parents had come by to visit. She is in the third picture with Kaleb.

Codiac - thanks for the kudos. Here's your tip. Warm them up with a disposible point and shoot, and let one of the kids have a go with it. When they warm up to the kid, then pull your camera out with a 28mm prime lens (smaller lens will be less intimidating). Hope it works

I would love to try that but if my family sees anything that resembles a camera they quickly move into the next room before I can remember how to use a disposible or P&S (It's tough to go back sometimes LOL). Oh btw look me up on facebook if you didn't check back on the previous thread m name is Chris Warkocki, well kudos and keep taking those pics so I can envy your family.

Great photos Alvin. My wife also really liked them. Any time she sees baby photos, she talks about wanting to have one for herself.

Alvin. Nice photos. I like the shot of the two babies side by side. A different perspective which I think works well.

Cheers

Eddie

Thanks, Richard! I have an eight year old (you see him and my wife in my avatar). When you and your wife have a child, you'll be surprised how quickly the time flies as they grow.

Thanks, Eddie - that shot was an experiment as I've never had two babies side by side. I'll see if I can get both of them again when they learn how to crawl - lol.

Great shots Alvin, how did I miss these? BTW you realize that you are at the nexus of a mini population explosion? My fave is Samantha with her grandmother. But all are very nice

Salty I missed a ton of shots this past week because I've started at a new job. It's easy to miss a few shots in here (and you know how I comment on almost every single shot posted here since I joined.) I did not realize that we are witnessing such a thing (population explosion). BTW - I apologize, Sam is only in one shot with Kaleb
