Hawaii and Philippines many lrg pics
Posted By: amicah22, 04-07-2009, 12:22 AM

Was "stuck" in Hawaii on the way to Manila. After choosing which pics to post I realized that many were taken with the Lx3 I hope that my fate is not the same as Neds.

Pearl Harbor

Too big, too many.
Many of us have laptops and many of us don't have fast connections.
Try making them smaller when you download them and maybe just put five in per post,
you'll get more responses that way.

phew I am envious of your monitor, I had to stretch the window across my 20 inchers to see the whole images. I can't imagine what they would look like on my 12" tablet. I have to say the black and white firecrackers are my fav though.

Nice pictures, but they really should be reduced in size to fit on a normal sized screen.

I really like the first shot of the cliffs at the underground river, but the tops of the cliffs got cut off in places and the sky looks pretty washed out (just in case you get the chance to go back and take more shots there)

Like I say, nice shots but they need to be smaller to display in here and get a good reception.

Jim

A very nice series.... however, I have a hard time scrolling the screen to see some of the pictures. The ones taken inside the cave are specially nice, these are usually tricky shots to take. Thanks for sharing!!

I'll scale them down next time but I did include the warning in the title. Thanks for the feedback everyone.

Amicah, as the others have said, the landscape shots are just too big for me to truly be able to enjoy them properly on my laptop...

But I am loving the 2nd monkey and Ostrich portraits... really nice shots

Great use of your time! Love the animal shots and the great separation you get between subjects and bg - thanks for sharing

That's better, my laptop has stopped groaning.
Incredible sharpness on the eyes in that second shot.
