Orchid growing from palm frawn..
Posted By: sawtooth235, 04-13-2009, 12:02 PM

I have never seen an Orchid that grew out of a palm frawn until we discovered this one while hiding Easter Eggs yesterday. Can anyone tell me what it is called? How about you Gary, you're the plant expert?

Many orchids are epiphytic, they grow on other plants. Orchids are also the most widely distributed members of flora. I believe the only place they cannot be found in some form is Antarctica.
