Ahhh, very clever Mr Scott! You have tried to cover up the true nature of this photo by camouflaging it's purpose by using techniques such as framing and composition and even lighting, but you cannot fool me, I see a BIRD in the photo!
Yes, I'm calling you out Mr Scott, this is actually a BIRD photo, admit it Sir!

Thanks for the positive feedback everyone. I do appreciate the comments.

He and his mate (I am assuming this is the male) have built a huge nest in the cross-arms of an old abandoned crane in a nearby industrial yard. Located about 25' off the ground they have a commanding view of the neighborhood. I've watched them frighten off the little song birds by swooping down on them, and garbage bags are ripe for the ripping on collection day! I'll be glad when they're done nesting and move on!
