Here is a shot (DA 10-17FE) of pots used in a sugar refine process in the early part of the 19th century. More fun with the FE.

I like it , the framing really work. With your subject title I had visions of a retiree out on his boat and well ... a Cheech and Chong scenario

Very nice image. I'm certainly familiar with those things over here in Louisiana. They can be
quite huge. Most folks find them quaint, but they are iconic reminders of plantation days and slavery.

Thanks for your kind comment, Jeff. And - yeah - these things are fun to look at and photograph, but their history is pretty unattractive.
