You can experiment quite a bit with layers and other features. But why bother? If you want to make a statement or convey something about a scene or the feeling of spring and the technique can do it for you, try it. So many trees just ready to bloom and that man- the park worker gardener- is the one to usher it all in. That's what I saw when I walked with my baby niece and sister through High Park. Then it rained.
