Posted By: MightyMike, 04-26-2009, 11:53 AM

I had edited this picture to be black and white and i liked it, but then i did a sepia conversion to it and now i think i like the sepia better

I have to vote the other way - B & W has some real nice contrast - I would lean towards the sepia if the outer edges blured out towards white, but I just love B & W

Both have a nice, distinct character and feel to the pictures. If I were doing the sepia, I might tend to a slightly lighter shade to give it an aged look.

Great shot either way!

wow, cool photo. at first i thought this was a fisheye but perhaps the lines of that old building are beginning to curve a little, hmmmm.
both look great but i favor your toned image of the two.

I like the sepia version of the building itself, but on the whole I prefer the B&W

If I would see them separately, I'd say they are both great. Seeing them together, they are still both great. Really tough call, but I prefer B&W. Though tomorrow I may like the sepia better, that's how close it is...

I like the second one.. Maybe ad some textures to it? to give it more aged feel.
