Posted this in P.O.W., but I liked the way it turned out, so thought I'd share it here also.

Yeah, nice shot indeed, but it's missing something in my opinion.

I would agree. It is a nice photo, but having looked at this photo for a while, I think that maybe it is 'missing something' because there are 4 different objects presented, and I don't know what I should be focusing on. Also they are all quite symmetrically arranged, which probably adds to the lack of focus for me.
Just an idea - perhaps a B&W conversion with selective colouring on the flowers and their reflections?

Thanks for the comments everyone. I took this one over a fence onto someones property. I would agree that it would have looked better if someone were there, but as you can imagine, I couldn't pose anyone / thing because of the location. I might try out MattC's idea of a B&W but keep the yellow from the flowers. That may turn out nice.

I think it's unique in that there's four objects presented, but imho it's not compositionally strong since the four are arranged in such a symmetrical way.

But therein also lies my fascination with it, but did it pull it off? Not this one yet, I fear.

I think these objects has potential though... keep trying!
