Day 2 out with the 70-210

Yesterday i posted some shots i took with my first real use of the Tokina RMC 70-210mm f3.5 i bought off the forums

went for another walk this morning with it, and here are some shots

(im on holidays from work for the week, so lots of photos!) - i still need more manual focus practice though, missed focus to the front in most shots

more birds eating! - Magpie this time

not very good, but not too bad for manual focus hand held @ 210mm

and finally, a plover

Great shots! And you did very well with focus on these! Did you use shake reduction or do you "just" have a steady hand (I wish I had that...)?

all hand held shots, all with SR on (and set to 200mm)

I think these are very good hand held excellent. Love the dragon fly shots. Well done indeed.
