Like I said: I dislike it too, but I don't know whether I like the cropped photo or not..... Here is an attempt....

You may be able to make the post work to your favor. Try cropping in 10x8 scale, position the statue around the left third, and the post on the right third. You will probably need to shift the "heavier" statues a little to the center to balance it out against the "lighter" post.

Very nice, looks like a thunderstorm is coming in! And it makes you wonder what those people are doing up there in between the wires! I would suggest cropping from the left so as to get the folk off center.

Why not just crop it on the right Rense?
