some random images from the past week

all images were shot with the Pentax K10D

top two are from the SMC K 50mm f/1.2 - I went through two eggs to obtain that shot in the studio. The reflection image is something I have wanted to do for a long time, but I had never found a reflection that I liked. I used the 50mm shot wide open at f/1.2 and the image is quite sharp, I forced myself to get everything right in one shot...and I did.

House No 31 was taken with the 31mm f/1.8 limited - I couldn't resist the opportunity.

the bamboo ( does anyone know what the writing means?) was taken with the FA77 f/1.8 limited at f/2.8 with the AF540FGZ+ stofen diffuser - (surreal bokeh)

last one was taken at Kangaroo Island with the Sigma 100-300 f/4 APO EX DG

some more images from the Pentax K 50mm f/1.2 - and some bokeh images that may be hazardous to LBA sufferers.

this lens as a truly solid performer the full equal of the FA limited lenses. Despite it's super fast aperture of f/1.2 it performs outstandingly stopped down. and it's a great lens on film too.
