3 Takumars in Nepal
Posted By: kuuan, 05-10-2009, 01:33 PM

When traveling, and I travel a lot, most of my luggage consists of old manual, mostly Takumar lenses which I use on a Pentax *istDs.
In Nepal I mostly just used 3 of them, S-M-C Takumar 28mm f3.5, S-M-C Takumar 50mm f1.4 and a preset Takumar 105mm f2.8

Most photos feature Sadhus, Babas and other pilgrims to the Maha Shivaratri festival at the Pashupathinath temple in Kathmandu, also some kids and random shots around Nepal

The 10 pics shown here are all taken with the S-M-C Takumar 50mm f1.4, in the answer to this post I will post some more taken with the S-M-C Takumar 28mm f3.5 and Takumar 105mm f2.8. That already quite a few, if there is interest I could even show more
( if you have seen most of them in another forum posted a short while ago, well, I like to show these photos )

best greetings,
kuuan - Andreas

Love these shots.

I think it also time for me to invest in some Takumar glass.
