It is a bird.. that is all i can say for sure.

I'm not sure how many ornithologists exist on this website but that is what you need.

I think most of the birders here are probably only familiar with New World birds.

If I had to guess I'd say it's a Garden Warbler (Sylvia borin)

I have since checked further and it is a Garden Warbler.

Peter, those Sylvia species are extremely difficult for non-trained eyes, and I would believe Wildman!
