Which looks better, B&W or Sepia?

With monochrome pictures, it's best to use the full range from dark to light otherwise the picture becomes 'flat'. I'm afraid this isn't very interesting subjectmaterial...

Yup, agree with what Kevin stated. But the 2nd one just looks like the photographer botched the WB and didn't know how to fix it (to me).
