Very nice Freddy, I missed the first in the series, I'll have to go back and look for it, I really like how you captured the shadows in the first one, they give nice patterns and "make" that shot. Were these taken with the 50mm 1.7 or the Sigma macro? Really nice bokeh too.

Nice shot Freddy, looks like you nailed that dof, nice and sharp in the foreground fading just a bit towards that back petal. And I love the bokeh of this lens, not that I would trade my beloved Tamron, and I don't "need" two macros, but that lens sure has sweet bokeh.

Thanks, H2O. Yeah, I really like this shot. But its nice to hear it from someone else.
I'm totally in love with my Sigma 2.8. The only other lens I think I ever will want is the DA 50-200, because someday I'm going to the Grand Canyon or Grand Tetons or some place like that and I'll need it. Too bad my kit lens languishes in the drawer. It really is a fine lens that has given me some remarkable pics. Works good in low light, too. Freddy
