Great shot of such a small moving bee and manual focus.

Well done, an extremely difficult shot. Would you share a bit about the technique?

Thank you. the biggest part of the technique was persistance. this type of bee hovers for a second or two before buzzing away. it also kept coming back to the same general area. So I had a target zone and kept tweaking the focus until it was sharp in the viewfinder. after I got the focus close I shot in continous mode until it flew away. I probably took about 50-75 shots with only a few keepers. I was shooting in Av at f7.1, ISO-800 to keep the shutter speed high and the dof reasonable.

Great! These things fly very erratically.

Nice!
I've been trying to get this kind of shot but haven't succeeded yet.
