couple from my drive home today
Posted By: Jimbo, 05-28-2009, 06:20 PM

I was making sales calls all this week and on the way home spotted this little red house. Set up the tri-pod and took the shot. Looked around and spotted this little guy just sitting around. Cheers JIM

I really like the first one. What is that over the birds beak in the last photo? I assume it's head feathers but have never seen anything like it before.

Appreciate the feedback JMR. I seem to be into barns lately. JIM

Then indeed that was another nice capture. It's rare we see birds with food in their mouths, much less just as the capture happens.

I honestly don't like the colors...

There's something weird with the grass.

I think it was feeding some little ones. This one would fly around a bit and then head into a little bush. I have a few I am still working on with the Dragonflys in its month. Thank you again for commenting. JIM

The first shot is superb, and by far is much better than the others. There are layers to the image and all the elements are nicely framed, excellent.

Would love to see a nicely processed B&W of this image.
