For NACL h2o - the "targets" are a stylish table lamp. The inside of the shade is bright green and gives great lite to my shots as well as punching up the image.

I am continually astounded at the quality of the pre K10D digital cameras (ist and K100D)...

Nice shot....I could've sworn is was a 16-45....

What a great photo! Complete with a little window to the inside. Wonderful lighting too. Just curious, what are the target like things in the background? That's a definite wall hanger for sure.
