Pho shoot
Posted By: sharko, 06-08-2009, 11:53 PM

I shot the food for my friends restaurant over the weekend...first time shooting food so I really didn't know what the heck I was doing especially since these were to go on the menu but I thought a few of them came out ok. Comments/critique will be greatly appreciated!

Should the spoon be there or no? Is it better to include the whole bowl or just the food?

IIRC, the kind of eggrolls in the 2nd pic suppose to have steamed pork? And the chicken pho , do they have chicken eggs? Also tell them to rinse the bean sprout in lemon juice to keep it whiter (they turn yellowish when contacted with air for too long ) A small red chili sauce bottle included in the shots could be nice.
