Morialta Falls, South Aus.
Posted By: ppeter, 06-10-2009, 10:38 PM

Went to nearby Morialta Conservation Park here in Adelaide after a rare down pour hoping our usually dry waterways may be awash. Well they weren't exactly flooding but there was something to photograph.
All shot with a K20D.

Sigma 17-70 ,48mm 6 sec, f11.0
using a 8nd filter I may have overdone the exposure length !

Sigma 17-70, 17mm, 6 sec , f8.0

DA55-300, 58mm, 6sec, f11.0
(recently accepeted into ppg, thanks to those who voted).

DA*50-135, 135mm, 0.1 sec, f11.0

Hope you enjoy !

You sometimes forget whats in your own backyard!

Nice series...particularly #3 and the watery softness of #1

Congratulations on PPG acceptance

Thanks Chris, yes we often overlook what's close to us. I have been very inspired this Autumn / Winter. Drove past Rymill Park late one sunny afternoon the other day and the colors were just awsome, pity I didnt have my camera with me.

Very, very nice Peter - I almost went there last weekend, but opted to visit Brownhill Creek instead. Looks like I should have gone to Morialta.

Also congrats on getting your picture accepted.
