New DA 55-300. Taken in my backyard · 12:46 PM

Opened the box walked outside took these about 7:30 pm cloudy handheld ISO 400. Only the 1st one is cropped (bottom half was ugly!) All taken raw and default processed in Aperture. I told my wife I was getting this lens for bird pictures so I included one of those

Seriously, very nice series; there's a clean, almost pastel feel to all of them.
