Best I can tell it's a Royal Tern. They're pretty common around these parts, but pretty damn fast and unpredictable so can be hard to catch.

edit: if you did mean the *last* picture, not sure about that one... it keeps showing up every morning demanding eggs or cereal if that helps narrow it down.

Those terns are tough to photograph!

Great last shot - that's your boy?

Girl, but yes (I know, you can't really tell at this age...)

The terns aren't too bad until they get close and then the swooping and diving can really screw with you.

The terns look pretty good, but that sea monster, well let's just say I wouldn't want to be a tern around her;-)

Great shots. They have that nice warm, late afternoon look to them when the beach is so relaxing is hard to pick up and leave. Especially when you are getting such good subject material surfacing.

That Sea Monster is a doll

Wonderful series, I struggle on the BIF shots and you make it look really easy... Really nice work.

And the Sea Monster... Just beautiful! Lighting is so nice and the monster is very photographic for a monster.

I have a Menace and a Human Tornado that also show up every morning asking for cereal and waffles.
