Taff, always so great to see you comment on my photo's mate. Thank you. JIM
[QUOTE#'s 2 & 4 really do it for me, although all 4 shots are wonderful. ][/QUOTE]
Thank you. I keep going back to my first love landscapes in between wildlife and there is something about large spaces and lighting within that space that makes it worth the trip! JIM
Quote: Very nice set Jim, especially #4 but I think #1 is stunning.
You know the old saying, less is more. I spotted these canoes early in the morning and the lighting just look right. Just a crop and a small adjustment in the tops of the canoes set the image off. Thank you Gary. Hey, not long before you start you photo coarses. Good luck and again thank you for all your positive feed back but more importantly, your constructive reviews. Cheers JIM
Quote: Jimbo...I can't believe it. You just keep getting better and better. I have been through your valley several times and while it is supremely scenic, you have developed the knack of squeezing the last drop of good stuff out of that landscape.
This last bunch...wow...
Steve
Thank you Steve. I remember when I first got my K10 about 18 months ago and struggled to take images even I liked adn felt this whole process was impossible. 15000 + tries later I am may be getting a small understanding of the most important part of taking photo's. Lighting and timing along with truly understanding what not only the camera can do but how the image can change by better understanding the subject. I really appreciate your comments and now that I have 10% of it figured out I may be able to get better! JIM
