Home Village & Sigma 10-20mm
Posted By: bychan, 06-16-2009, 04:03 PM

Assorted images taken during the past few weeks of my home village in North Wales.

Due to it's dilapidated condition, the local authority has closed down access to the pier to the public. However some anglers still insist on climbing around the barricade, whilst others opt not to venture.

All shot with K100d & Sigma 10-20mm.

Those shots put the Sigma 10-20mm top of my holiday present wish list.

Thanks for all your comments, greatly appreciated.

I often wonder that we don't appreciate how wonderful and beautiful home sweet home is, wherever that might be.

I've only had the 10-20 for a short period of time, but am loving getting to grips with it!

Regards
Adrian

Great images. Especially like the first with its wide foreground expanse and wonderful sky.

Very impressive shots and scenery.

The first shot is a stunner showing how the lens can give real depth to an image. A lesson to all of us.

And the fourth image is a great landscape with brilliant contrast!

That Sigma 10-20 is worth every cent/penny/peso/etc

Well done - must get over there and see what else Wales has to offer!
