I really, really like the effect. I would have liked the picture to have some sort of foreground subject, however, it would have helped I think.

there is no foreground, just horizon from that vantage point. that's spot metering on a cloud passing in front of the sun, virtually no pp.

this is from the same spot, same day but different time; angled about -35x, -10y if the sun was 0,0.

I like that one much more, the towers bring perspective.
