Hi-Contrast B&W
Posted By: paulyrichard, 06-27-2009, 08:56 AM

This is a shot I grabbed today (27/06/09) over in Broadgate, near Liverpool Street station.
I gave the image a hi-contrast effect, I felt it suited the shot.

Broadgate

Here is the full-frame shot. I quite like this, I don't really mind the black edge on the right.

The B&W really works to draw attention to the geometry of the shot. A minor detail I really like about the shot is the lightning bolt shape formed by the two buildings.

Great image, Paul. Like two other world objects about to collide.
